This book is absolutely fascinating - couldn't put it down. A determined kid who is disparaged, but I admired his resolve.

Not what I hopped for. Far more biographical about the boy and family. Not as much about his "reactor". Good read, just not what I expected.

The frightening TRUE story of a whiz kid and his homemade nuclear reactor. Saw this in a bookstore while on vacation, bought it and couldn't put it down-can't remember the rest of my vacation, was too wrapped up in the book!
