I ordered this book for myself, but my DH was the one who won't let go of it. Excellent strategies for any business, whether you're the salesperson or the CEO. I think a lot of it should be common sense, but we all know that not many folks seem to have that, including those running the businesses we've had the pleasure of working with. Now, if I could just find a way to make certain people read it...
