A very typical Blanchard book that's a very enjoyable, quick read. While many of the ideas and illustrations are based on retail situations, it definitely can be utilized by any industry.

Customer service is a completely different world now than it was in the 80s, actually, it's a completely different world about every six months. It's difficult to find a book that can truly teach you something new, something relevant, and something useful even now. This book stays in my permanent collection, I've read through it more than once and referred to it several times, and it has given me several good ideas that I use daily. This is one of the only true useful business books out there. It's an easy read, but powerfully correct. I recommend this book to anyone interested in business.
