I have been on the WL forever for this book. I love the author. She has two other books in this series. Love Starts with Elle was my favorite and the other one is Sweet Caroline. She has also co-authored two books with Sara Evans, the country music artist. They are "The Sweet By and By" and "Softly and Tenderly".

I read this book and really enjoyed it!  Rachel is a wonderful author. Love her writing style and it almost reminds me of Denise Hunter with her Nantucket series. I am sure you will love the book:)

I love Rachel Hauck's books but this one was my least favorite of all of them, and I have read everything she has written at this point. Somehow it just moved too slowly and the storyline was just too predictable. I also just didn't like the fact that the main character was a professed Christian but hid a MAJOR lie from most of the people in her life for the majority of the book - not only HID the lie but perpetuated it.

I was just going to say what theroselady said. I LOVE her books, bu this one was not my favorite, A fun read, but I agree that the lying was a major obstacle to  making me feel sympathetic toward the main character.

Melissa, I just read the other day that Sara Evans and Rachel Hauck are now working on a third book titled "Love Lifted Me". I may have to break down and buy these books.

If you happen to have a Kindle the first one "The Sweet By and By" has been on sale at Amazon for $1.99.
