I finished ~Perfect Beauty~ ( Cynthia George talked her lover into killing her previous lover) and I thought it was better  than ~ If Looks Could Kill~  I thought ~Looks~ was ok when I read it..but I like the insider stuff in ~Perfect Beauty~ Of course..I've mentioned before that I LOVE reading 2 books about the same crime.   I liked ~Seduced by Madness~ better than ~Mind Games~ ( about Susan Polk -who killed her hubby) Seduced was more interesting to read.  I read ~Meet me for Murder~  this week and I enjoyed it.  It bogged down a bit during the trial in the end but otherwise it was good ( it's about models getting grabbed by predators- these girls are so gullible..it's sad to read how they go off with these men and get killed.  )  I also liked Nightmare in Napa...I only read one book about it but I did see the 48 Hour program featuring the story...

I loved Seduced by Madness. Amazingly well written book, too. I don't think I've ever purposely read 2 books on the same crime but it's an interesting idea. I did read several about the laci peterson case.

I really liked Catherine Criers book about Laci Peterson.  I lived in the Bay area ( In Ca) during that time..and it was really a sad but interesting case.  Laci's mothers book was a real tear jerker too.
