What exactly is a "Ready Post" bubble mailer? I know it's USPS generated. Is this one we can reuse?

I think this is just the non-decorative mailer that you can buy at the post office. It's probably cheaper than the pretty ones they sell. It should be reusable as long as it doesn't say Priority mail it on it anywhere.
