I just came on to mark a book received (thankfully without any problems), but I noticed that the button to mark a book received with a problem was gone.  Is that not an option anymore?  What happens now if we receive a problem book?

Maybe this is a glitch? It seems like there have been several in the last few days.

I should be getting a book soon so we'll see if it happens to me too. I highly doubt it's gone for good. Otherwise I would think the site would have to compensate with allowing conditions to be posted for each individual copy of a book like on Bookmooch.

I couldn't imagine that option going away either, so it must be a glitch like you said.  And since no one else has mentioned it here, then it must not be a problem for anyone else.

Did you have the book shipped to a different address or was it ordered by someone else for you?  If you have the book shipped to a friend then you don't get teh RWP option. I don't know why they don't let you.  Maybe because if you are having someone send a book to a non-PBS member they might not know exactly what is postable and what isn't?

The only time this happened to me was when I moved instead of changing my address in my account info, I ordered a book and put my new address in the "send to another address" area.

Unfortunately I discovered this because the book I received was not postable, but luckily the sender refunded my credit anyway.

Oh, I didn't know that, but yes I did have it shipped to another address.  I've done that several times over the last few months and never noticed it until last night.   Good to know now though.
