I just received a Scandinavian cake pan from a dear friend along with her delicious recipe for Almond Cake.  I am wondering if anyone has any other variations of this recipe to use for this pan?  The pan is cute and easy to use so I would love to find more.  I've tried the internet but can't seem to find anything other than the recipe I already have.  I was hoping for something chocolate or lemon??
