I recived a book from a suspended or closed account today, but the person that mailed the book didn't mark it mailed on his/her end. It is still on my main page as "Books I've Requested".  What am I to do? Do I send the book back or just wait for it to give me my Credit back or what? Thank you for all the help I am very confused on what to do.

If it were me, I would see if I got the credit.  If so, I would hold on to it for month to see if the person's account was opened back up.  If they never became I active again, I would dontate the credit back to PBS to help with the free credits people get when the post their first shelf of books.

I would contact PBS so they can remove that from your books requested page. Otherwise when it times out it'll reorder the book for you if it isn't WL.

Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page and tell them the book info. They can go in and mark the book as received. PBS will most likely end of with the credit but you will have done your duty of reporting a received book as such.

To donate credits to PBS, you go to Friends of PBS on the bottom of the page.
