I'm currently reading The Romancipation of Maggie Hunter and it is so funny. This is my first book published by Red Dress Ink. The author is Jane Sigaloff. I'll be picking up the others by her for sure. Anyone know of any other good Red Dress authors?

I've read a lot of Red Dress Ink books and haven't come across one I didn't like.

Red Dress Ink is one of the best. You can do a search for them on PBS and find all the ones that are in the system. You can also find them online. I love them b/c they're easy to find when you're scanning a bookshelf, just look for those little red dresses. I pretty much know hands down I'll like a book if it's Red Dress Ink.

I soooo heart Red Dress Ink! I really liked The Solomon Sisters Wise Up. Also, try Getting Personal by Chris Manby. I have yet to find a Red Dress book I didn't like, and most of them I love!

I know! How sad is that. I'd never even heard of it until three months ago, when I was here trolling for more chic lit.

Shame on you all. I've been looking and they have so many. I want to order some but I'm on restriction from new books until I move to Baton Rouge. Darn it.

i love red dress ink!!! i have all of them except the very newest ones. the only one i did not like was Strapless by Leigh Riker. It was more like a romance book, than a chick lit.

my favorite RDI authors are Poonam Sharma, Mindy Klasky and Kyra Davis

I love Red Dress Ink! I haven't found one that I didn't like yet.  A lot of them seem to be written by British authors. I love British chick lit! :)

I enjoy Red Dress Ink, but some seem to move more slowly and others are reallly good.

I really like Lee Nichols (title-drawing a blank), there were two from her (sequels)

Lynda Curyn --Engaging Men was my favorite.  Her other 2 not as exciting.

Melissa Senate, Love You To Death...excellent!

If anyone is interested, I have one on my shelf called Loves Me, Loves Me Not (maybe even a couple not on shelf yet-- I also have Lynda Curyn Bombshell)...let me know.

lol.. I read "Do they wear high heals in heaven?' and I was hooked.  Next thing I know I'm doing a search on "Red Dress Ink" and adding them ALL to my Reminder List.  Now between my WL, RL and TBR pile, I'm hooked.  :)

I just finished "The Matzo Ball Heiress", "Like Mother, Like Daughter" and "A New Lu".  Great !!

I've never read anything by Red Dress Ink.  I have one on my TBR pile, called Diary of a Blues Goddess.  Has anyone read that one yet?  I'm thinking about starting it soon, but would like some input on it first.

Thanks!

Jenni

I just started Out of the Blue. It's not bad, but I'm only 50 pages in.

I was in the Red Dress Ink bookclub until they cancelled it a couple of years ago. I love them and have a shelf devoted to them in my tbr. I haven't read one I haven't liked until I just finished Wendy Markham's Slightly Single. It's not that I didn't like it but I just wanted to slap the heroine in the story so many times that it distracted me from the storyline. I have all but the last book in this series so I'll continue on with it and hope she figures things out. lol

I HEART RED DRESS INK! Love them, love them, love them.

Sarah Mylinoski (that is so not how you spell that...) is good. She wrote Milkrun and a few others. I'm not digging the newest one I got by her, but I'm only a few pages in.

She's the only author I can think of right now! Excellent!

Are they still publishing them? I thought they were but not as many each month as before.

My favorite is an older one Lynda Curyn called Engaging Men, following by Melissa Senate I Love You To Death, and Lee Nichols The Hand Me Down Something...

I don't find that they all are good, just a hit and miss smorgasbord. You never know...

the last one published was Eye to Eye by Grace Carol and that was in December. I haven't seen a new one yet, and on the eharleuqin site doesn't have any listed in their upcoming books. i hope this wasn't the last one!
