I am so far adoring everything that I've read from Mark Lawrence. This one is no exception but it was probably my least favorite so far. Love it still though!
The idea behind the story was fantastic... nun assassins! The world it is built in is great and the best part are the characters. Lawrence really knows how to write characters. For most part I enjoyed my journey with Sister Glass, Nona and company but there were times that the story didn't hold my attention and would find me drifting off. Then it would grab me again and we could move on. Even so, I enjoyed it so much that I can't wait to see what adventures come to pass in the next book.
