This book is by Cornwell who wrote the Richard Sharpe novels, BUT it does NOT feature Richard Sharpe as a character. THe reviews on Amazon are good. The scenes of action are the American REvolution, war, conflicted loyalties and intrigue, topics at which Cornwell truly excels.
