I could not find an easy way to do this on the USPS website or on the PaperBackSwap site. Can I get a refund for a label that I paid for but do not need anymore?

not if purchased thru here PBS. yes if purchased thru paypal/usps website

You may be able to take the wrapper to your local PO and see if they will refund your money. PBS cannot refund postage.

You can cut out the addressee's name from the label and tape over it with the address of the next person you are sending to. You just won't be able to get quick credit for it anymore.
