I have a question regarding the postage feature on the site.  Is there a way to be able to change whether you mail media or first class rate?  Sometimes I don't mind paying a little more for it to be first class, and sometimes I want to mail everything media mail.  Thank you for your help,

Yes, I think it does go by weight.  I use the printable postage, and the lightest book that I sent was automatically calculated as first class.  All the rest have been media mail.  Hope that helps.

Packages weighing 7 oz and lighter go First Class. It's cheaper for everything under 6 oz, and only 2 cents more for between 6 & 7 oz. You can make it say Media Mail by putting a number over 7 oz in the weight box.

I don't think you can get first class with PBS postage unless the system selects it. If you drop the weight to get it to switch from Media Mail to FC, then the postage will be wrong. You can get it to go up to Media Mail for the lighter stuff that defaults to FC by just upping the weight over 7 oz.

Thank you everyone for your help.  I just wish we could pick w/o adjusting the weight.
