Terrific and to the point as usual, the Doctor draws on personal and professional experiences to highlight his advice and theories.
If you love Dr. Phil, you will love this book. It is helpful and encouraging. I think it gave a more realistic look at what "successful" means in a relationship. So many books idealize the "good" relationships. Dr. Phil helped me see that if it works for you and your partner, it works!
I think this was Dr Phil's first book. It's very helpful, in a step-by-step guide kind of way. Be prepared to do the work!
