Joseph McMoneagle learned remote viewing in the U.S. Army--he was Remote Viewer #001 in the Army's Targate program--and was awarded the Legion of Merit for his contribution to various intelligence operations.

McMomeagle is probably the viewer considered the best of the best. He regularly demonnstrates his skills on tv in Japan where he finds missing people the authorities have been unable to find a trace. This is not only a good read but an useful book for any serious student of rv.
