If you are sent a book in the wrong version and the sender refunds your credit,  but doesn't ask for the book to be returned should you repost it?  I feel kinda funny about reposting it, but I don't need or want it.   So what would you do?

If the book is in postable condition (and not too heavy), I'd repost it.

Yes, just repost it.

There is no reason to feel funy about it. If the sender wanted it back they woudl have had to pay you for it (compensate you for postage, either with money or with a credit) and since it is presumably a book they do not want, it would be quite foolish for them to spend money to get it back from you. (in my opinion).

If you feel weird about it, you could donate it to a hospital or nursing home.

No reason at all to feel guilty...the error was theirs. I had it happen a couple of times where I was wishing for the HC version for my keeper shelf and got the mass market paperback instead--which I'd already read and had absolutely no use for. The ISBN was a totally different number, so there was no excuse. I posted them right away back to the system...guilt free.

Not your mistake, and apparently not a book you want either ...  repost, guilt free!
