I got a request to mail a book last weekend.  I printed the wrapper and was going to mail it today, but when I go into my transaction archive it shows as being cancelled just a few minutes after it was made.  When I log into my account, it still shows it as needing to be marked to be mailed.  Is it possible the requestor requested the book, I got the request and printed the wrapper, then the requestor cancelled the request?

Should I go ahead and mail the book or just cancel the request on my end?

It must be a glitch, then, because there is definitely only one order.  Cancelled in my transaction archive, but needing to be mailed on my account screen.

Look carefully at the timestamps on the details for both orders. You will probably find that the canceled transaction was made before the active transaction on your My Account page. If the book was requested and canceled within an hour, then you would not even have gotten an email about that request. The only one you would have been notified about was the one that's still on your My Account page.

If there's a request on your My Account page, it's always o.k. to move forward with it. You don't need to worry about the one in your T.A.
