Is it possible to not request books from a specific member? There is someone in PBS who I don't want to have my address. I think it's actually unlikely that this person would have any books I would want but I've been wrong about things like this before.

No, there's no way to block someone.

In the extremely unlikely event that it does happen, they won't get your full address until a label is printed. If you check peoples' names right after you order a book, you'd have the chance to cancel the order before anything was seen.

If you don't want others to know your address, then when ordering your book, click Order More from This Member to see whi it is, or wait until the order is processed and then try and PM the member. That will also show who you are ordering from. This way you can cancel quickly before they print the wrapper.

And if they order books from YOU, you can change the return address to the club's address in Georgia.

I don't think you can do it automatically, but if you check who's offering the book before you accept, maybe. It would be a pain with wishlist books, though.

Chances of the two of you swapping again are slim to none.  If you are really adamant about not wanting to swap with a specific member again, you can keep the name/nickname in notepad or friend yourself and send your self PMs with the subject do not swap with this member.

There isn't any automatic way to opt out swapping with a member.  If the member continually contacts you or is harrassing in anyway, then report them to the PBS Admin Team.  Otherwise, chalk it up to a learning experience and forget about the transaction.
