This book contains stories and first hand accounts of Christian pro-life activists who were arrested for blocking abortion clinics in the Rescue Movement of the late 1980s early 1990s. Each chapter is about a different pro-lifer- it gets into the way they became pro-life, their reasons for "rescuing" and their first hand accounts of blocking abortion clinics and getting hauled off to jail in some cases. Really makes a time in the history of the pro-life movement come to life, its interesting to read these stories. Those who are not religious may get tired of some of the religious rhetoric and references, but this is still a very interesting book historically and from a human standpoint.
