This sounds like a technical problem, as you should have been presented with a list of options so that you could indicate the specific type of damage involved. You'll need to send a message directly to PBS via the Feedback page, the Team will know what to do.

If you've never contacted PBS directly before, just find the Contact Us link, under the Company heading, among the links at the bottom of your screen. Once on the Contact page, click the gray Send Us Feedback button, and you'll be taken to the page from which your message will be sent. The team will respond by way of an email to the account registered with PBS, as well as your Club Communications, which can be found as a blue link in the yellow strip under the tabs on your main, My Account page.

Yeah something is going on there. I marked one RWP yesterday and I had to pick a problem.

I think there's a glitch going on right now. None of the pop-up and pop-open windows are working for me right now. So, I can't open "more" info when I'm reading a book synopsys, nothing happens when I try to check off that a book has been received, can't see details of books en-route, etc.
