This is the fourth title in Filson's "Action Leadership" series, all published since 1990; Filson suggests that the sequence in which they are used is unimportant. The founder of Brent Filson Communications, he has been a consultant with the top management at Ford, General Electric, Procter & Gamble, etc., for 15 years in the areas of leadership and motivation. He argues that a lifetime quest for improvement at all levels of an organization is vital and suggests a system for getting results that should be repeated continually. All employees must be motivated to lead, and the real secret is getting them to motivate themselves.
