There are a few slow moving parts but if you stick with it, it's a great book.

I loved this book. The characters are interesting; the subject matter related to archaeology isn't heavy with technical words; the bad guys are realistic and what drives both protagonist and antagonist are easily believable. This book's subject matter involves finding Noah's Ark on Mt. Ararat but does not preach which is awesome to find religion & fiction & non-preachiness all in one book. A great read and I really enjoyed the sequal Rift in Time, Bk 2. I am going to search for more books by Michael Phillips.

"In this riveting, end-times thriller, best selling novelist Michael Phillips explorers an intriguing and unique premise in relation to the events surrounding the end of the age. In his quest for the hidden truths of the Bible, Adam Livingstone encounters mystery, danger, romance, and unexpected quandaries of the soul. In the process he must battle a worldwide collusion of satanic forces that will stop at nothing in their efforts to silence him."

Hard book to 'get into' at first, but definately worth the trouble!!
