This book was great! It's main chacter Melanie Korn  first you feel kinda sorry for her then you kinda dislike her but by the middle you finally truly understand her and are cheering for her. Also alot of the Chacter's you find out aren't quite as wonderful as than try to make you think they are.Lots of funny situations and a great ending. Now that I have said all this I'll just mention that if you r interested I have it posted LOL.I also have a few other  Chic lit books. My bookshelf is just a huge jumble of genres right now.

I liked this book too!  And all of the books by Jill Kargman and Carrie Karasyov.

I listened to this book on cd and really enjoyed it too. I had a lot of different emotions for the characters as the story unfolded.

I never thought I would be reading "Chick Lit" titles but I listened to the audio version of the Right Address and laughed at the shallow lives these women were leading.  All the importance they place on desginer labels, the namedropping and agonizing over what to serve, who to invite  and the endless days of just shopping and primping.  What a hoot!  Certainly makes my long commute to work much easier.  I just finished their other book, Wolves  in Chic Clothing and it was just as good.  Now I am on the waitlist at my library for the audio of a 3rd title The Infidelity ------.  Sorry can't remember the rest of the title.

If anyone  can give me other titles about women living in LA or NYC and carrying on in the same fashion, I'd really appreciate it.  I had read Maneater and Starter Wife by Gigi-------, ( can't remember last name) all of Bushnell's books,
and need more for this new obsession.  TIA

Pam

Thanks for the titles but I discovered Plum Sykes at the same time and forgot to mention her.  I read or listened to ( I have a long commute) Bergdorf Blondes  and the Debutante Divorcee.  Also enjoyed Mine are Spectacular,  but never got my hands on the Botox Diaries.  Keep'em coming and Thanks.
