I'm reading Rilla of Ingleside, and it is an excellent book!! I don't know what this talk of Whiskers-on-the-Moon is. Is this a person? Who gave him this nickname???? Thanks!!

I haven't read the books in a long time but he was a person who had alot of whiskers on his face. I almost think that the kids nicknamed him that in the previous book
