I'm looking for a book containing the complete version of "The Merry Adventures of Robin Hood" by Howard Pyle. I've searched the posted books, but so many of them have been adapted or abridged. Others have no way to tell if they are complete or not.

Does anyone know of a complete version to recommend me to buy? If you have a complete version on PBS, let me know. I'll order it from you.

If you just want to read it, you can find it online.  http://classiclit.about.com/library/bl-etexts/hpyle/bl-hpyle-robinhood-index.htm (and many other places)

That's so frustrating that there isn't an unabridged version on PBS.  There seem to be a few complete versions oon Amazon, but they're not the one I grew up with, so I can't be 100% sure of them.

Thank you very much for the link. I might just end up reading it that way.

Though, of course, nothing compares to having an actual book in your hands. So I'm still interested if anyone has one they'd like to swap with me.
