The first half of this cookbook is full of organization/kitchen planning. From what appliances should be where to descriptions of your basic household products. Although, I found it to be pretty basic....really? a book needs to be written to tell me these things? Perhaps a young person would get lots of help from it...someone planning/using their first kitchen.
I admit, I didn't really read too many of the recipes. Thankfully this was a library book, otherwise I would have been a little upset at having spent the $$.
