How are these four points spoken of in Scripture ? ist Boy.—In the 23rd chapter of the book of Job, they are described by the words, "forward" and " backward," " right " and "left." 2nd Boy.—In the 4gth chapter of Jeremiah they are termed " the four quarters of heaven." 3rd Boy.—In the 2nd chapter of Zechariah they are designated " the iour winds of heaven." 4th Boy.—In the 7th Chapter of Revelation they are called " the four corners of the earth." Quote the passages to which you refer. ist Boy.—Job says of God, " Behold, I go forward, but he is not there ; and backward, but I cannot perceive him: on the left hand, where he doth work, but I cannot behold him ; he hideth himself on the right hand, that I cannot see him."
