Salted Peanuts is a fun book of facts that will amuse and amaze, inform and entertain. You will keep turning pages for "just one more" in almost the same way that you keep reaching for just one more salted peanut.

Profound and not-so-profound facts are presented here:The American Robin is not a robin; it is a thrush. The word "Television" means "to see at a distance" And it IS possible for a fish to get seasick.

This book would make a good gift for the public speaker, or the person who "has everything". Or for that shy person who can't start a conversation. It would be an excellent choice for a doctors or dentist's office, or visit. For the living room coffee table, for the bedside table in a guest room, or for the motel and hotel room[s], and short overnight trips. I personally loved it because it was informative with many new things, I had not seen in other such books of this nature. Easy, fun, quick and small--a great little book chocked FULL of fun facts to impress your friends and family with. A MUST-HAVE book for the TV Jeapordy Game Show player.
