I have just posted a book that is listed under three different ISBN numbers. Two of the ISBN numbers have members with this book on their wish list. The ISBN number that I posted from my book evidently is not on anyones wish list.

Can anyone tell me what to do?

Thank you.

Post it in the Book Bazaar.  Use the title of the book as the title of your post and then write exactly what you wrote here.

Are the binding the same?  If not then I'd put my version on my reminder list to see how many are posted already.  If there's a bunch of copies of your version posted already than for some reason those other people probably want the specific one they have on WL-especially if the binding is different.  If the WL is for large print or audio and you have a paperback version that's already posted than most likely they don't want your version.

You could try tagging the WL books with the ISBN of you book like this: "posted under isbn xxxx".  I did that once when I had a paperback that had a dif ISBN than another paperback that had a long WL.  It was ordered pretty quickly.

Debi, you also could try adding a signature to your posts, along the lines of:  Wishlisted book new to my shelf, xyz book, ISBN # x.  I'm sure it will be snatched up soon!

Having a version that isn't Wish Listed is no reason to be discouraged about posting the book into the system.  If a particular edition of a book is in demand, then chances are pretty good that the story itself is popular.  Having a lot of copies in the system does mean that it might take a while to get requested, but some of those books can still move pretty quickly.

I would still post the book.  A couple of times now I've had books on my wish list and had PBS send me an email telling me that a similar book has been posted (same book, different ISBN).  I usually snap up the newly-posted books with the different ISBN!  The only version of a book I wouldn't want is an audiobook (since I'm deaf)...otherwise I wouldn't care if it was paperback, hardcover, large print, book club edition, etc.

The only time I've ever been strict about receiving the exact ISBN on my wishlist was when it was a book for my kids, that they needed for school -- the teachers request a specific ISBN and I want to make sure they have the same copy as the rest of the class.  :-)
