Don't know if this is the problem or not, but have you looked to see if they're the only one requesting it?  If so I think you have to wait until someone else posts the book, and then you can repost it.  I could be wrong here though.  Someone else might have a better solution.  Good luck.  Pat

When you decline the RC explain that if yours is the only copy of the book and they're the only requestor it will go on their RL. If that happens and they still want to request it from you then they have to turn off this RC before you'll accept it. This protects you and stops the 'loop'. If they are unwilling to turn off their RC then they need to just wait for another copy to be posted and your book will go on your bookshelf until someone else requests it, whichever comes first.

The system should reject their request for the book, unless they turn off the RC.  If yours is the only copy, they may be manually requesting it over and over.

This might be a glitch.  You may want to ask PBS about this.  I'm pretty sure PBS fixed the automatic loops, now we just have human created loops.

That's wrong.  Please check that you are declining the RC.  Not cancelling it.
