Book features articles written by parapsychologists and psychiatrists on the dangers of pursuing occult activities. What they mainly touch on is using the Ouija board, automatism (automatic writing), Out of body projection, etc. It is firmly stated that when certain individuals, who are "untrained" in the occult arts, practice these activities, they have a huge chance of psychologically damaging themselves. The articles are pretty dated (1970's). Most talk about using LSD and hallucinogenics like it's the "thing" to do. It's weird how the lifestyles have changed from then to now.
