Sausage Cheese Balls

2 cups - Bisquick
1 lb - sausage (Any kind, casings removed)
8 ounces - Shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup - water
Break uncooked sausage into small pieces in a bowl. Mix all ingredients.
Make small balls (golf ball size) and place on cookie sheet.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
These freeze extremely well, cooked or uncooked. I also use italian sausage or breakfast sausage in the tube to make these. If you use italian sausage you can use sweet or hot, try them with turkey sausage too!
