I guess I would call this story Laymon Lite, it is a very good story and I enjoyed it immensely. It has considerably less explicit sex and violence than most of his stories, not that I have a problem with either. It is though an exciting and improbable tale that does keep you turning the pages.

I didn't think I'd like this one since it's about Jack The Ripper, but I was pleasantly surprised!

Not Laymon's best work. Not the "typical" work of Laymon. Usually there's a neat twist at the end but I didn't get that this time around.
