Norman Jobert de Brevriene was Edeva's sworn enemy. The handsome conqueror had claimed her family's manor, cast her into the dungeon, then swept her into his bed. Blinded by rage, she vowed to kill him, but the passions he aroused left her prisoner in his arms, betrayed by the body she had honed to warrior strength. She thought she could betray him as a spy--until she surrendered her heart.
