1 lb - Frozen sea scallops
1 lb - Asparagus Spears
1 Sm. Can - French's Fried Onions
4 T - Light Ranch Dressing
1. Thaw Sea Scallops
2. Cut Sausage into bite size rounds
3. Cut ends of Asparagus so it fits in baking pan
4. Put Asparagus on bottom of pan, add Sausage, Scallops, Ranch Dressing and top with Onions
5. Bake for approx 35 minutes.
This dish is so tasty, the measurements can be more or less and the ranch just made everything so moist. I used chicken sausage flavored with garlic and it was good, try different flavors!
