Lately all I can really read and finish are Sci Fi romances, but since this is the Paranormal place does anyone know where I could find topics on Sci Fi romance? Looked at the Sci Fi place and it looks strictly Sci Fi. The Romance section is more Historical, right? How about the Fantasy section? (Also Post-Apocalyptic!)

Thanks for any replies :)

I think you would be fine in the sci-fi forum, while it is true that many of the topics are not related to romance, most of the people over there are widely read in sci-fi, and there are plenty of females who post in the forums over there who have probably read a lot of sci-fi romances. I know I'm one!

I don't tend to check it quite as often as I check this one (cause this one and the love&romance forums seem the most active to me), but I still check it out every week or so. It just takes a little longer for topics and answers to get posted.

I think you should just start a topic. I can't think of any I've seen recently. You could try Hidden Gems, too, people will post topics in there that are often more related to a genre.

We have had threads about SciFi romance here in paranormal before.  They just slide down quick as this forum is more active than the SF forum.

(It also shows up in the DOS thread as there are a number of SF erotica fans.)

Never heard of Hidden Gems. And I'll check out the Sci Fi forum every once in a while...

I 'watch' the DOS forum though it's been a while since I've checked in there. I check the links given every once in a while.

Thanks Sara and Emily :)

For erotica,  there is a Tag of SF erotica.

That tag covers a really wide range (287 books).

For SF, how about Gini Koch, Sara Creasy, and Ann Aguirre?

I'm reading Gini Koch's second in her series - love Martini :)  Just finished Sara Creasy's and I liked it l. I do have Ann Aguirre's Sirantha Jax sereis (up to 4 with my ereader).  Also have Katherine Allred, which I'm probably gonna start next.

I check the erotica link every once in a while. Found a lot of good books and authors from there :)

I love Ann Aguirre and Tara K. Harper!

Anyone remember the "Dancer" series by Ann Maxwell (aka Elizabeth Lowell and A.E. Maxwell)?

  • Fire Dancer
  • Dancer's Luck
  • Dancer's Illusion

That's what got me started on Sci Fi/romance.  I wonder if I re-read them now, if I'd still like them as much?

You have great taste futuristic are my fav.  I made a list a long time ago on Amazon- have to update it. Some are lighter and some are more erotic but more ideas  Highly reccommend Michelle Crean's book so emotional and intense!
