This book provides 12 simple projects with bottles. The projects use bottles (coke bottles or empty food jars), straws, water, food dye, and clay. Most items you should have around the house. Most can be done in less than an hour. Most experiments use water and a few need carbonated soda. A couple projects include growing a plant or sea monkeys (brine shrimp) and require observations over a couple of days. This is basic science - with limited explaination of the science behind the projects. Kids are encouraged to observe different things and answer questions.
