Even though this book is over 20 years old, there are still many good insights into what it takes to manage a successful business like the
"big boys" do. My husband and I used many of the ideas when we started our own successful small agricultural business.

This book changed my life as a manager of people! No doubt it was revolutionary at its first print, but unlike other fad magagement ideas, this collection will be re-introduced over and over for the next 100 years. Deserves 5 stars!!! jm
