The crew of a nuclear sub, along with a company of Seals, have to make a daring raid into Russia, in order to try to stop the new European enemy from taking over the world. This book keeps you on your toes, as it unreels at a frenetic pace.

The book held my attention. I am not sure about the accuracy of the naval information, but it seemed very detailed without losing my interest.

Excellent book, although I discovered it's the most recent in a series, so I'll have to go back and start at the beginning to fully appreciate the story.

the best joe buff yet! the mission is clar, navugate the fast attack sub, uss challenger, through the mine strewn and sub patrolled waters between alaska and siberia. sneak a team of commandos into russia. and launch a nuclear missile.....against his own country!!! Failure means a political disaster, an axis victory and perhaps a full blown nuclear holocaust!!!
