A western.
'It was a small Missouri town where the people believed that anyone who had done wrong deserved another shot. All the condemned man needed was someone to take responsibility for him. And that someone would never be Katherine Logan. With a bad marriage behind her, and the bank note on her horse ranch coming due, the young widow had neither the time nor the inclination to save some low-down bandit.
But the sight of the wickedly tempting male ever to put his head through a noose changed her mind real quick. Although the townsfolf said Jake Banner would soon as shoot Katherine as change his outlaw ways, she wouldn't listen. Deep within Jake's emeral green eyes lay secrets that intrigued Katherine, daring her to give him a second chance at life---and herself a second chance at love.'
A great beach read or a night curled up on the couch.
