I thought this was a really cute book. The first few chapters had me smiling because it made me feel better to read about a hectic mom's daily life that wasn't my own! Each of the 31 chapters opens with a crazy, death-defying daydream of Becky's until she's snapped back into reality and hit with the craziness of every day life. A cute read.

A Christian "mom-lit" spoof on The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, this is a cute story about a woman who tries to be supermom, superwife, superfriend, and superemployee all at once, until a terrible accident forces her to rethink her priorities and discover that what she expects of herself isn't necessarity what God expects of her.

I guess if you are a mom you get into this book and understand it better, for us single ladies or those of you who are married but without children, you may have a difficult time getting into this book. I found this book to actually be a bit on the nagging side/whiney side, and I was only able to read the first few chapters before I had to put it down and go, oh please. It just seemed like all the main character did was go "Oh my life is a mess, oh my child cut her own hair, oh things are breaking, oh I'll call my husband and complain, oh he's busy, oh he forgot to tell me this.", to the point to where it got seriously annoying. This was the first book in the series and I do not plan on reading the second one as I could not deal with the first one at all.
