If you've ever walked along the Seine in Paris (or dreamed of it), you'll enjoy this look into the history, culture and lives of the neighborhoods that are formed along the banks of the Seine by boat dwellers.

Rosenblum lived in an historic launch in Paris for many years, and in writing this book he explored the entire length of the Seine to seek out those who still trying to make a living driving barges.

Enjoyable, insightful, amusing, easy read.
