The author is a registered dietician and has a ton of delicious fat-free or low-fat cookies, muffins, cakes and quick breads. I have made many of these recipes and they are in fact delicious!

Many good ideas on baking with low-fat ingredents. Good ideas, that I haven"t tried yet!
