Volume 1: 1,000 & One Ways To Attract New Patients by Dr. Peter G. Fernandez.

"A truly productive chiropractor doesn't have an "ivory tower" attitude. As previously discussed, a doctor should have confidence in what he does, and should radiate this confidence. But, at the same time, he should be careful that he doesn't project an "ivory tower" attitude showing the public that he feels he is the only panacea for all ills. Patients don't like a conceited, pompous, "ivory tower" attitude, and will not go to a practitioner who is so afflicted." Page 15
