I almost didn't pick up this book to read when I noticed it had a Christian basis. I gave it a chance anyway and was pleasantly surprised. Every chapter had a small Faith Builder box and the last chapter in the book went into more spiritual matters but the bulk of the book was free from "religion". The author had many good points and ideas to help a person deal with the toddler age (1-3 years) but did get a little too cutesy sometimes.
