I ordered a workbook from D. and then e-mailed her to make sure the book had not been filled out. She said it had been and said she would cancel the transaction. I later received an e-mail saying that the book had been sent to me. D. claims she canceled the transaction. Should I just wait until the "Do not contact us until this date" day and then say I never received the book OR is there something else I should do? Thank you! |

Check your Enroute To Me tab and make sure the book is actually coming from her. If there were other copies in the system it would automatically reorder the book for you when she cancelled the transaction. |

There are two places you can look to see if the book is coming from someone else. 1) Go to your Credit Registry. You should see something like "Passed on Request -1" and "Sender Canceled Request 1". This is the system giving you back a credit when D canceled the request and then creating a new request with a new sender for you. 2) On your My Account page, click the PM button on the mailed transaction. This will show you the name of the person who actually mailed the book to you. |

Mary, What you said happened. It is a different sender. I wasn't aware of the automatic reorder. Hopefully the book I get isn't filled out. Thank you everyone for you help!
