I recently got a wish list offer.  Accepted it.  Clicked Order more books from this member button and it said This Member's Account has been suspended or closed.  Should I cancel the request or what.  How could I have gotten an offer from a suspended account in the first place?

I don't think you should cancel the request on the WL book since you would lose your spot in line. I would cancel the extra books and then send in feedback using the Contact Us link and ask the Team to cancel the WL order if it is not a temporary suspension.

I didn't get a chance to order more because it said her account was "suspended or closed"  There was no list for Bookshelf or Wish List or anything for her.  Thanks for the suggestion I'll do that now.

That's weird. Don't cancel it or you'll lose your place in line. I'd contact TPTB and let them know what happened. They'll take it from there.
