I would like to ask everyone to please water proof your packages as much as possible.   Being hit by the hurricanes is awful and then there is the aftermath.  We are (probably) not going to be hit by a hurricane here - but we will get hit by the remnants which are bad all by themselves.  It means high winds, tornadoes, and heavy rains.  Please wrap the books in some sort of plastic.  We don't know what these books will have to face before getting to us! ;D  Thanks

Ruth

Not just east of the Mississippi, but all over the southeast.  We're getting alot of rain and wind here in Arkansas too.  Just my .02.

That's right!  I think that Texas got a lot, too.  Sorry I didn't include you.

There are at least 2 more hurricanes coming and they might impact the Gulf States.  Then the jet stream will push whateever remnants are left east.  Looks to be a siege of them coming!

That is what RC are for!   Takes less time to add it than it does to post on here.

Even here in Kansas we're getting castoff rain from Gustav --waterproof wrappers are always appreciated :-)

Cheers,
