I have a question about an ISBN number.  I went to WL Sense and Sensibility and Sea Monsters, but the ISBN that was listed on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and the Quirk publishing website all bring up Pride and Prejudice and Zombies 2.  The co-authors aren't  the same.  I tried entering the title, but I didn't get anything.  Am I doing something wrong or are the ISBN numbers just a little hinky w/the book not hitting the market until September.  I'd like to WL it, but I'm having difficulty.

It looks to me like the book was probably set up in the system before thefinal title was known. Since the system tracks the book by ISBN I'd WL that and maybe submit a data edit to get the correct title in.

I think the publisher made a mistake I went to this web site isbndb.com and it came up with the same ISBN for Pride and Prejudice and Zombies 2.  I don't think they would be reusing Pride and Prejudice and Zombies ISBN...could be wrong.

I would email the publishing company.  Not to restate guidlines, but here is the link how to handle a book you can't add to your WL maybe this will help - Help Docs.  Hope this helps but you are not crazy.

I think Mel is right - I looked up the zombie ISBN and it is 1594743347 on Amazon.  I I learned something new today :)

Its actually not completely uncommon, especially in this genre with the series releases, and maybe that's why I've seen it a few times. We have some very resourceful gals on here that find ISBNs really, really early; a lot of times before final titles are determined because the book hasn't actually went into publishing yet (and sometimes authors and publishers just flack out and change titles at the last minute). To be first in line, as soon as the ISBN is released they add it to the system. They list them as Untitled Mercy Thompson #4 or like this one, PPZ 2 since the know it is the second book in that series. Once the final title is released they just submit a data edit to the site.
